What’s going on everyone, my name is Ben Rounds and I am a senior outfielder for the Harvard Baseball Team. As someone who has played the game my entire life, I know firsthand how challenging baseball can be and the hours of preparation needed to succeed. Through my month-long virtual mentorship program with CGM, I hope to connect with aspiring athletes to help them:
Build confidence on the field
Develop physical and mental pre-game and in-game performance tools to optimize performance
Plan their recovery, lifting & nutrition.
Gain the time management skills to balance their academics with athletics.

Being a student-athlete has provided unparalleled joy and fulfillment to my college experience and I cannot wait to get to work and provide my mentees with the tools to succeed on and off the field. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. Let’s get after it!
