Lindsay Schuster
Columbia
Hey everyone! I'm Lindsay Schuster, a former lacrosse (attack) player from Columbia University. Prior to my time at Columbia, I played at Army West Point, which has given me a unique college experience and valuable knowledge of the transfer process. My objective is to utilize my personal journey to assist young athletes in discovering their own paths and to motivate them to become the best versions of themselves both on and off the field.
I am incredibly privileged and enthusiastic about mentoring and learning from aspiring lacrosse players who are eager to enhance their skills. Lacrosse has been an incredible blessing in my life, and I am excited to share the profound benefits it has bestowed upon me, both athletically and personally.
Through my virtual mentorship program, I aim to help young lacrosse players:
Build confidence to excel in their sport and academics.
Navigate the college recruiting process and, if applicable, the transfer process.
Develop organizational skills and time management essential for success as a student-athlete.
Master the skills necessary for the game.
Embrace balance, knowing when to push hard and when to allow oneself to rest.
Develop a fitness and health routine
How to play uninhibited by fear and perfectionism
