Maggie Cagle

Hello! My name is Maggie Cagle and I am from Phoenix, Arizona. I am currently a 4th year on the UVA Women’s Soccer Team. I have experience playing on the Youth Women’s National Team with a most recent silver medal Concacaf finish with the U-20 Women’s Soccer Youth National Team. I will be playing my last season with UVA this upcoming fall before I graduate in December and move on to play Professional Women’s Soccer.

I am majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology and am hopeful to continue to work in the women’s soccer sphere to support optimal sports performance at all levels. I am passionate about growing the women’s soccer game while also continuing to grow the space within it to be unique and vulnerable on and off the field.I also know that the recruitment process can be hard and having support goes a long way.

I am hopeful that with my experience and love for the game that I can be a mentor to anyone navigating this process, wanting to talk about performance tips, or just being someone in your corner! I am excited to join this community and aid you in anything you might need on or off the field.
