Mia Wendell

Hi! I’m Mia Wendell, a senior goalie on the Yale Women’s Ice Hockey team. I’m originally from Buffalo, New York, where I attended Williamsville East High School and captained the Buffalo Regals. At Yale, I’m currently studying Psychology and plan to continue on to grad school in the future. I would love to help young athletes navigate the confusing yet exciting process of college recruitment! As a mentor, I will:

• Help athletes find the proper balance between hockey and academics

• Share my knowledge and experience of the recruitment process

• Provide full transparency about my own personal experience thus far

• Assist athletes in any way to ensure their success and continuation of the game.
