Molly MacQueen

Hi everyone! I'm Molly MacQueen and I am a rising junior on the Middlebury women’s hockey team. I am originally from Trumansburg New York, but attended high school at Phillips Academy in Massachusetts where I ran cross country and track as well as playing field and ice hockey. I was really lucky to have mentors throughout my recruiting process who helped me to find a school where I can excel on and off the ice, and I am excited to return the favor!

Through my transition from a relatively rural area to boarding school, as well as from boarding school to college, I have learned a lot about outreach,communication, and what to focus on when choosing a school. I am beyond excited to help high schoolers in navigating the recruiting process, and in finding the school that is the best fit for them.

As a mentor I will:

Providing practical advice on recruiting email templates and communication

Assist in organizing and crafting action oriented timelines

Help give advice and perspective on the college athletics experience, specifically for division 3 athletes

Be an overall source of support and answer questions throughout the whole process.
