Paige Gross

Brown

Hi! My name is Paige Gross and I’m a junior on the women’s ice hockey team at Brown University and am concentrating in mechanical engineering. I’m from Buffalo, New York, and attended Nichols School where I played field hockey and lacrosse as well as playing for the women's ice hockey team.

During high school I found college recruiting to be very confusing and nerve wracking. Being able to have a reliable source of guidance would’ve been beneficial to me, and I want to do the same for others! I’m incredibly excited to help guide future generations of hockey student-athletes and share what I have learned throughout my experience playing at different points in my life.

I will help my mentees:

Utilize both time on and off the ice, leading to a mentality that is focused on both working hard on the ice and recovering off of it

Set both short and long-term goals that will help mentees stay motivated and focused on consistent improvement

Learn to deal with the ups and downs of an extended hockey career, including dealing with injuries and disappointing games

Understand the recruiting process, including establishing connections with the mentees’ top schools and learning how to choose the right one

I look forward to helping student-athletes start this journey and I strive to help make a positive impact on your recruitment process!
