Jennifer Ferrang

Jennifer Ferrang serves as a Voting Board Member and Director of Athlete Development at CGM Sports, where she leads initiatives that empower athletes to maximize their potential both on and off the field. As a core member of the Board of Directors, Jennifer plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and strategy, particularly in the areas of athlete development, NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnerships, and brand growth.

A proud Penn State alumna, Jennifer brings a distinguished career spanning over two decades in sports marketing, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership. Before joining CGM Sports, she held multiple C-suite roles, including Chief Growth Officer at EmpiRx Health and Chief Revenue Officer at Coriell Life Sciences, following her tenure as Vice President of Sales at Cardinal Health. Throughout her career, Jen has built and led high-performing teams, driven sustained business growth, and been a strong advocate for women in leadership.

Her deep understanding of athlete representation, combined with her experience in enterprise strategy and organizational growth, makes Jennifer a cornerstone of CGM Sports’ mission to redefine how data, technology, and leadership fuel athlete success.
