Jennifer Ferrang is the Advisor and NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) Lead at CGM Sports, driving our strategy in navigating NIL opportunities and expanding our athlete network. A Penn State alumna, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in sports marketing and athlete representation, ensuring our athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field. Her deep understanding of NIL operations and passion for athlete advocacy make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Before joining CGM Sports, Jennifer built an impressive career as a commercial executive and strategic sales leader in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She has served in C-suite roles including Chief Growth Officer at EmpiRx Health and Chief Revenue Officer at Coriell Life Sciences, following a successful tenure as Vice President of Sales at Cardinal Health. Jennifer’s leadership track record spans over two decades, where she consistently drove growth, built high-performing teams, and championed women in leadership.
